Welcome to the cooking recipe collection.  This form is for everyone - both new visitors and older, already registered readers.  The entry form works as follows:

It sends new guests to the INFOSERVER to register their e-mail addresses.  This will open access to the recipes for them.

If anyone has forgotten their Reader's Greeting, INFOSERVER will refresh their memory.

Once the Reader's Greeting is entered, this form unlocks full versions of the culinary recipes.

BONUS: 
Those who can also enter the recipe code from the end of the book they read will be taken to an extended chef's EXTRA version of a recipe from their favourite novel.
