expiration

noun

Plural: expirations

A misspelt form of: exspiration. There is no such thing as "piration", but there is the Latin spiro, respiro (breathe). Thus, we have inspiration (breathing in, inhaling), exspiration (breathing out, exhaling), and respiration (repeated inspirium and exspirium, breathing).
